Asset Registers / PPM Schedules

We work with a number of companies, including G4S, Masterlease, Bracknell & Wokingham College, and recently at the London Olympic Stadium, surveying, recording and coding assets and developing these into comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) regimes.

We work in conjunction with the facilities management and maintenance teams to produce high quality, user friendly data that is of real benefit to developing an effective and efficient operating and maintenance strategy for the building.

In addition, we are familiar with a number of online document managment systems and can work within these where they form an integral part of client businesses or are the preferred means of delivery.

Where there is no specified system for recording and accessing data, we are able to design and deliver our clickbm model to client specification.
